How we're building a Jeremy Fragrance-style YouTube channel for a perfume entrepreneur, starting from zero
ChannelCraft partnered with Sho Ito to launch a YouTube channel from scratch and turn it into a high-engagement content machine.

/Project Goals/
We built a full done-for-you content system on a bi-weekly posting cadence. All Sho needed to do was sit down once, record four scripts in three hours, and he was done for the next two months.
/Results/
Sho started getting messages on his Instagram and TikTok about his perfume brand - fueled by a high interest by his small (and growing) YouTube community.
8.5% CTR and 7+ minute average view duration, both well above YouTube benchmarks. The algorithm is already picking up the content and pushing it to new audiences.
