1. Service

ChannelCraft provides active YouTube management and operations, including monthly ideation, scripting, video editing, posting and funnel optimization. This is a best-efforts engagement. Specific outcomes such as leads, revenue, views or subscriber growth are not guaranteed.

2. Your Cooperation

You provide channel access, source material and written feedback or approval within 3 business days of each request. If cooperation is not provided within that period, the affected deliverable is deemed accepted and the service for that billing period is deemed rendered.

3. Billing

The service is billed monthly in advance for the period stated on the invoice. Fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable.
