1. Service
ChannelCraft provides active YouTube management and operations, including monthly ideation, scripting, video editing, posting and funnel optimization. This is a best-efforts engagement. Specific outcomes such as leads, revenue, views or subscriber growth are not guaranteed.
2. Your Cooperation
You provide channel access, raw footage and the information we need to deliver the service.
You may review scripts, titles, thumbnails and videos before publication, but you are not required to. If you choose to review, send your feedback or approval within 3 business days of our request. If we do not hear from you within that period, the deliverable is deemed approved and accepted. Delays on your side do not extend, interrupt or suspend a billing period, and the service for that period is deemed rendered.
3. Billing
The service is billed monthly in advance for the period stated on the invoice. Fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable.
